I used BethINI to adjust my INI files, but then I also deleted them after it didn't work, regenerated them through restart, and edited both skyrimprefs.ini files in my Documents folder as well as in the Mod Organizer INI editor. I've disable AA and Anisotropic settings on my GPU I followed STEP up until the mod selections The ENB seems to work except for the DOF effect I just can't seem to figure it out and spent multiple hours doing multiple re-installs and starting from scratch.
